Drum Brakes

We offer drum brakes of the highest quality and our range of drum brakes includes both mechanical and hydraulic drum brakes in several sizes.

Drum brakes can be divided into two main groups - simplex and servo. We offer both types of drum brakes.

Simplex Drum Brakes

99% of all mechanical brakes are simplex brakes. Within the category of the simplex drum brake is a variant called DUPLEX. These drum brakes give a higher braking torque than the regular simplex drum brakes.

Servo Drum Brakes

Servo drum brakes have a higher torque than the simplex brakes of the same size wheel cylinder. The servo brake is used mostly for slow-moving vehicles that do not drive faster than 30 km per hour, but there is no ban for using these drum brakes on faster vehicles.

Servo drum brakes are more expensive to produce than the simplex drum brakes and have a more complex design.

In addition to the above drum brakes, we also supply capstan brakes and spread lever brakes and of course the complete brake system.
